DEEP TISSUE I:

In Deep Tissue I course, the student will learn massage styles that are directed towards deeper muscle tissue and fascia. It plays in a role of releasing tension in the tissues but also used as a means for psychological release. There are different style of techniques such as Rolfing, Trager, and Hellerwork.
